"The property is centrally located and modern. However, the whole experience was completely ruined by their bait and switch check in procedure. The Expedia special instructions say there is no front desk and you have to be there "to meet the host" between 4 and 9. I prepaid my reservation in full and my receipt clearly shows the only thing to be collected is the city tax. We arrived at 6:30 and could not get in to the building.
