"This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. "Paula was an amazing host and flexible to our family needs. Very responsive and always helpful. Only tip is to communicate ahead of time to ensure the apartment meet your needs, they have a few different options. We had one that was not ideal for us, but then Paula quickly resolved and was very understanding. Finally, area is walkable don't recommend having a vehicle. Use Bolt in town. "

"Accessibility by tram is good. But they don’t care about your situation. They just there to earn money. The electric cut off in our room and no help. Then the a/c are leaking in almost all the room. I have to even tell them we put a basin. Communication is poor. The place is dusty and we have to wipe the floor with our towel. If it were not for the location I’d give this place a solid 2!"
