「Basic property, clean but no frills. The hot cold water was reversed. Drew what I thought was cold water to take my meds. Ended up with a mouth full of meds and very hot water to wash them down. I can’t be the first to mention this and it’s still wrong!」

「I always pick this hotel while staying in Traverse City. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Easy parking (two handicap spots). Bathrooms have soap and shampoo available for guests. The only negative that ai have is the toilet is low to the ground and makes it challenging for those with medical needs. Room was very clean and bedding was clean. 」
