This place shouldn't even be open for business. The entire lobby and former area for breakfast is under construction, as well as floor 2 where we stayed. Check in is in a tiny office with one person working on a desk top computer in the entry way of the hotel. There were 3 people ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get checked in. The 2nd floor has all the carpet torn up, bare concrete floors, the walls are damaged, there are plastic drop cloths up everywhere, the doors to rooms being renovated are wide open so the gutted rooms and construction materials and tools are on display. There are construction materials stored everywhere throughout the hotel. The temporary breakfast area was pathetic, understocked with the limited options available and dirty. The toaster was set up on a chair in the corner. There was broken glass in the parking lot from the time we got there until we left, 3 days. The garbage can was overflowing at the entrance. All but one of the front desk staff was rude and dressed totally inappropriately for customer service. Definitely the worst experience I've had a hotel and I've stayed here in the past and it was fine. Also,our TV stopped working on the 2nd night, no solution was offered.
