「This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.」

「We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.」

「I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! The aircon worked well and the shower was nice with good...

「For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!」
