"As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and...

"Chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. At check out we find out the entire area is closed. a relaxing date night before picking up our baby girl from camp didn't turn out like we hoped at all for the price we paid."

"Without a doubt I will never stay again at the comfort inn in Lansing Michigan. I arrived there Friday, July 17 from that time until I checked out on Sunday, July 20 my room was never cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels brought in. I went to the registration desk on Saturday to let them know that the quilt between the sheets on the bed was literally damp as was the floor. The woman at the registration desk said she would have someone take a look at it....it never happened! Can't believe that...

"The breakfast was great. The lobby was nice . No pool. Rooms were nice. If you plan on using the pull out sofa you need to go to the front desk for the sheets. Overall, a good hotel."
