Thomas; I do not understand the key issue as we have many keys for all of our cabins. We also have smart TVs in most of our cabins; We are sorry about front desk being inaccessible, but we do always leave contact numbers on the door and a map to your cabin if we are away; We apologize that things did not go well for you

The owners live on site and no one knows better about our fires than those of us that have been through that experience; There are NOT ashtrays everywhere but there is one for each cabin so unless you were taking pictures of other cabins that is not possible. I guess you did not see all the beautiful things here like the patio, flowers manicured grounds etc. We are sorry that you did not enjoy our facility but please do not assume we did not care about the wildfire; You will never know how devastating it was for us and our community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry but we have checked into this issue legally many times and we always charge a pet fee regardless as there is extra cleanup with pets; The wifi in the mountains is spotty for all of us; We will address the laundry issue but Grand Lake is doing well to even stay open with our lack of staff everywhere We do apologize

Dear Ann, Thank you for sharing some of your holiday time with us. We are thankful you requested a heater. There are approximately 2 weeks out of the winter where the temps drop so cold it is hard to keep the cabins up to a comfortable temperature. We do have space heaters in all the cabins during the winter. I regret that yours was not in the cabin in time of need. Sometimes maintenance will grab one and forget to return it. Thanks for being a great sport about it . Our customer satisfaction is priority. Carey/Owner

We appreciate all of the years that you have stayed with us and are very sorry to hear this. We have been working with the housekeepers on additional training but there is no excuse for some of this. The sofa beds are being addressed by management and we hope that you will give us another try.
