「Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

「We were visiting my son in Denver, went to the mountains for a couple of days. The property was perfect. There was a park out back. The view was spectacular. 」

「Property was close to everything we were looking for. Had lots of room and would of been great for more people if we would of had. It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time.」
