「The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.」

「Had a nightmare taxi journey from airport to Fadidi House, but the staff and Boucar (owner) made me feel at ease. The place has a family vibe and they make sure you’re happy and feeling the positive vibes! Rooftop area is sublime and I slept well in a room that had a private balcony. Breakfast was continental style, I bought some bagels when out so I could make my breakfast a little heavier as I was out on tours and activities everyday 🙈 Thank you again 🙏」

「Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked.」

「The place was clean and people were nice.I always felt secure in the place and neighborhood. AC was excellent during a very hot and rainy season. Shower can be improved by having constantly hot water. I will go back. Thanks to the Staff specially Omar. The room manager. Cheers」
