「We went with a group of 45 for a wedding. The pool was great. Lots of food offerings at buffet which were decent. Room was updated and air while loud worked great. Internet for watching tv was inconsistent and phone did not work. Caulking in bathroom was not done correctly. The customer service was inconsistent and lacking in many ways. Some staff was very friendly and helpful but overall did not seem interested in going above for guests. Workers could be rude or not helpful in some places. ...

「I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our...
