We had to pay cash, because they couldn’t take a credit card. He DID give us $20 off. Apparently he just bought property and prior owners disconnected cable/internet so he couldn’t run cards. Rooms are OLD and very sad. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Just very sad shape

Great stay At Glenrose Inn and Suites

This place was really nice. We were greated by a very nice friendly lady that made us feel right at home right off the bat. Room was clean and super cute, we liked the decor in the room . Heater was quite and warm. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Old but served it's purpose

Very old no frills hotel but it served it's purpose could not find my reservation but the manager on duty took care of me!

The motel had no record of my reservation from Expedia. There are no empty rooms in the entire town at any hotel. Due to the staff they found a room for me ..just luck.

Used the location on a previous trip (2015) comfortable bed, clean, orderly. The location can use some upgrades in 2023. Issues with the television and the staff responded accordingly. Bed is still comfortable.

Mostly great! Some details on cleanliness

The room appeared mostly clean, but had two dead insects on the floor and what looked like a small speck of possible poop residue inside the toilet (i flushed it).

We stayed here a couple years ago and the property seemed quite run down, but june 2023 we stayed here again and it is under new management and has been recently updated and renovated. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was convenient and the big cup eatery is right next door, which is so good! Smart Tvs and internet worked great. Only thing that was upsetting was the pool was closed because it needed cleaning. But plenty of other places to to swimming in the area. overall good experience.

The bathroom wasn't all that clean and also there was no cable and I wasn't told about this till after I had already paid for everything so had 2 kids that were very unhappy and bored when we got back to the hotel

It was very convenient to dining and shopping, but even for the price it needs some help. Our room was very haggard looking, with a pest problem. We did alert front desk at check out, hopefully it is fixed to match pictures online soon.
