Confortable hotel in a good location

A quick check in. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner were both very nice. The hotel is also in a great location and has free parking

I stayed at Saylu for about a month and would recommend it highly to anyone seeking a clean safe place to stay without paying high prices. The people and restaurant are excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only problem I had with my reservation is that I prepaid for my last night on Travelocity and neither my credit card company nor Hotel Saylu had any record of this so I had to pay again. This is not the Hotel’s fault - clearly it is due to the fact that Travelocity did not process my payment on time.

La habitación muy bien, la ubicación bien. El desayuno anunciado como bufé no lo es, te coger el pedido y te sirven en mesa y no te ofrecen todo lo que tienes si no preguntar si lo tienen.

A recommander pour l emplacement

Les chambres sont propres. Nous donnions sur la piscine et la nuit a été calme par contre pour le petit déjeuner pas top le 1er jour ça aller par contre le 2eme jour rien à manger le pain blanc trop dur et vu l accueil de la personne sur place pas trop envie de la déranger. Elle a attendu notre départ pour remettre du fromage et de la charcuterie. Par contre pas loin du parking pour visiter l Alhambra.

Belle chambre mais petit déjeuner peu agréable

La chambre est bien: spacieuse, calme, belle salle de bains. En revanche, petit déjeuner peu appétissant et surtout très encombré: il faut faire la queue à cause d'une mauvaise disposition et de la petite taille du buffet, surtout quand débarque d'un coup un bus de voyage organisé. Réceptionniste peu agréable.

Lo único que no nos gustó la alhomada muy dura, por lo demás un hotel recomendable para gente que quiera ver Granada,desde allí se puede ir a pie o en metro al centro,recomiendo a pie para poder ver todo.

Calidad - precio de alojamiento aceptable pero decepcionante la comida y el servicio. Incomprensible una pensión completa que cenes las sobras del almuerzo. Y casi la misma comida los dos días. Terminamos comiendo fuera, con una pensión completa pagada pero imposible de repetir

He tenido una experiencia mala, ha aparecido una cucaracha en el baño, la maté dejándola a la vista, la deje muerta y al otro día me hicieron la habitación y me dejarón la cucaracha muerta en el mismo sitio. Hable a la recepción y como si nada, lo vieron como algo normal.

We were extremely pleased with our choice of Hotel Saylu. We didn't want to drive around Granada so it was great to be able to park the car and forget about it for a few days. The bus stop into the centre was only a few minutes walk and they ran quite frequently. There was a cafe/restaurant in the hotel which served a menu del dia, so after an exhausting day of sightseeing you didn't have far to go for your meal and it was very reasonably priced.

Sitio aislado del centro pero con facilidad de acceso al núcleo urbano mediante una línea de bus bastante recurrente. El hotel limpio y con muy buen trato. Tiene secador cedido bajo petición, Wifi, televisión y guardaropa con perchas. Las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno de buffet libre, sin quejas. Repetiré por su relación calidad-precio.
