"The check in went well and the staff are very accommodating. They made sure we were on the ground floor due to my mother’s mobility issues. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good and it was near the points of interest we wanted to see.
However, if you were looking for the concierge, there wasn’t one. The laundry facilities is really laundry service and it is quite expensive. Breakfast was not what I was expecting at all - even though you could purchase breakfast for two people, there were three people in the room, so we didn’t pay for the two and went to the restaurant anyway - that was a mistake as the food wasn’t that good and it was very expensive. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner, but they had a bar. All the tables and chairs were the high ones, so my mother couldn’t get in the chairs to sit at the table and I’m short, so when I try to sit at those types of tables my feet dangle and go numb. We had to have my mother who can’t walk well walk to a restaurant to get food for dinner or she had to stay in the hotel and we had to walk and get her some food for dinner. If anyone has mobility issues, this is probably not the place to stay."
