"Absolutely wonderful service! From the moment we got out of our taxi to the moment we got on the bus to leave, the people who run the place where amazingly welcoming! They got out into the snow to greet us and instantly warmed us with a cup of tea in the anteroom. "China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also.
