The overall impression is very positive. All the staff in the house are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and there is always a large selection of fresh fruit.

The old villas are wonderful with an amazing garden between them. This garden, however, is packed with cars.Breakfast takes place on a parking lot😰.

Alles sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich ABER: Frühstück wirklich verbesserungsfähig!!! Zu wenig Personal muss viel zu wenig Brötchen (!!) kein Gemüse, usw an eine endlos lange anstehende Warteschlange verteilen- die erst recht umsonst wartet weil es dann nichts mehr gibt!! Das ist wirklich ein Mangel der einem die Freude verdirbt..

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, gute Betten, tolle Lage, sogar das Auto wird gut untergebracht. Dieses Hotel kann ich weiter empfehlen!

False advertising, incompetent lying receptionist

This hotel is definitely not 4 star maybe 2-3. We booked one junior suite for a week, and we payed in advance for it. They gave us a low quality apartment in the attic. The bathroom had a small bathtub, where you could not stand up because of the roof. There wasn't any TV set in the bedroom, and the wifi was not working at all in the attic. The AC was beside the bed, so loud, that you could not sleep, while it was on the lowest setting. The bed mattress is simple low quality wear out foam. (all this 220 euro/day) After checking in the room on Saturday when we went to the front desk complaining about our room, they didn't even said that they are sorry or something the receptionist started yelling on us. It was total insane, we have never met so rude receptionist ever. She finally said, that on Monday we will get the room we are payed for. On Monday we packed our stuff, to prepare for the move to other room, and when we went to the front desk, the same rude receptionist lady started shouting on us, that she already sold all the rooms, so we won't get the room we are payed for. We where shocked, that she just lied to us all the time from the beginning. They advertised and sold a room, which is not available, or they does not have at all! We left the hotel after 2 days. The breakfast and dinner was below average, also you have to pay for parking (8 euro/day), the beach (2/1 euro/day for adults/kids) and for the umbrellas (24 euro/day) on the beach (hotel doesn't have any).

posizione e conformazione dell'hotel riportano ad atmosfere primo novecento. Hotel però con servizi adeguati e camenre confortevoli con il plus della vista di spiaggia e mare proprio sotto le finestre.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Freundlichkeit mangelhaft genauso wie die Deutsch oder noch viel mehr die Englischkenntnisse. Die Betten furchtbar!

Kleines feines Hotel in Strandnähe und im Zentrum!

Haben dort wunderschöne 6 Tage verbracht. Das Hotel ist optimal für einen Kurztrip in Grade, Parkplatz vorhanden, Zimmer sind größtenteils mit Balkonen und Terrassen ausgestattet.

Hübsches, sehr gepflegtes Hotel

...in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, mit relativ kleinen, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern (teils mit Balkon). Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.
