"The apartment was well maintained and stocked with equipment for cooking. The space was good for a family to spread out. The location is close to everything. Management was super helpful and friendly. If driving, finding it can be a little tricky given the small streets and pedestrian zones, so get clear directions in advance and not just the map on the phone. "

"Nice family accommodation in a great location. Safe, quiet and walkable. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, parking available for a fee. Unfortunate sewer smell in our room though. Probably just ours though, we didn’t smell it anywhere else in the building. Excellent stay outside of that. Will return."

"I rarely give a poor rating like this. But we were so disappointed in the hotel. We probably had the worst room in the hotel. It was on the top floor and the air conditioning just didn’t work. Our room was 80+ degrees at night. Not a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We asked each evening for them to please lower the temperature. It just didn’t happen. This property is supposedly a 4 star but we have lived and traveled all over Italy. We do not try to compare it to US hotel rooms. We know...

"1. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in many a hotel around the world I have been to. They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused) I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing...
