I had reservations for a room with 3 beds-upon arrival they had no rooms available.
They sent us to another hotel and paid for it.
The alternative hotel was great-location was even better then the original hotel.

Lovely hotel, the room was well appointed and reasonably large (relative to others in Rome we have stayed in). The staff was very welcoming and always helpful. In particular Tessa, who checked us in, was great. The cocktail bar was excellent as was the continental breakfast that was included in our room rate. Plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance. Definitely a place to stay at again. We would thoroughly recommend it.

"A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást ..."
