NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport.

Amazing place for couples and honeymooners! It’s very clean and private. The beach 30 seconds away is simply breathtaking. We stayed for 2 nights and it was magical.We strongly recommend this place !

Hidden Gem

Perfectly located central island on a beautiful private beach. I could experience the sunrise just steps from my front door. The room is decorated in a clean modern feel with luxurious bedding and salon amenities. I felt calm and peaceful during my stay.

While the ocean views and beach access here are stunning, there were enough minor to moderate issues with our stay here that I would give 3.5 stars if I could (but not four). Our bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, as in multiple hours. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink for this reason. Our TV remote was not working, which should have been obvious to anyone preparing the room because the battery cover was completely missing. The TV only had a power button, so my girlfriend had to spend half an hour downloading a Roku remote phone app and figuring out how to control our TV with it. The water in the shower was not consistently hot, and both showerheads were annoying (one was a rain style one mounted directly overhead, and the other was a mounted wand but mounted too low and not height adjustable, so I had to crouch down to use it (I’m only 5’9”). And while the remote beachfront setting is stunning, its beauty was ruined at night by the very bright floodlamps mounted outside each room. Overall this was not a bad place to stay by any means, but for what we paid, I do expect basics like hot water, a sink that drains, and a functioning TV. I would not return.

Saw no staff. Check in by text. Rooms tiny. But beautifully situated on rocky ridge above great beaches. Beware getting to Eleuthera on Pineapple Air. Cancelled flight no compensation, schedules are approximations, elderly aircraft expect baling wire and duct tape.

Aviso aos navegantes: apesar de conter "resort" no nome, o Mika´s é uma casa super estilosa beachfront. O que nem de longe é uma crítica. A casa é incrível. Foi uma das melhores experiências de nossas vidas. Não há serviço de hotelaria, mas a Samia é uma tremenda congierge. Os funcionários são super simpáticos, dá vontade de levar conosco para casa (Robertson e Raymond). A vista é paradisíaca.

Beautiful but a few things you need to know

This small resort is comprised of 4 casitas and a penthouse. The facilities are very nice, well maintained, in a beautiful location facing the ocean and every single accommodation has a full water view. The casitas have a queen bed, counter where you can eat or work, tv, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The property has a community kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, freezer and all you need to prepare a meal which is great since there are no restaurants nearby or at resort. They ask you to clean after yourself as they don’t have staff on premises 24/7. So that’s one of the issues I wanted to mention as it reduces your check in time to the time the staff is there which is until 5:00 pm. There’s no daily housekeeping. Towels and linens are available to guests at the main building. They have granola bars, nuts, beer, coke and some snacks for sale. There’s a gallon of complimentary drinking water in your room. Bed and bedding and comfy. The internet works only partially and I guess it’s like that on the island in general. The beach is beautiful but rough so exercise caution. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your convenience. There’s an adorable kitty living at the resort which I enjoyed petting as I watched the sun go down. This is a very nice property with some limitations. They can book you massages too at $120/hours which are fantastic! They also sell Ann Webb’s skin care products. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was exceptional except the parking. Spots need to be designated so that cars dont block each other. Sense is not common. Although there was plenty of parking someone blocked us in twice because they didn't park on the other side that was empty or the round about was blocked with a car.

The room at Mika’s lived up to the beautiful pictures online. The room was bright and clean with dramatic views of the ocean. We received several emails from the management before our stay to make sure that all of our needs were met. We recommend the property highly.

Amazingly beautiful on a quiet part of the island

Beautiful bob style bungalow on a private beach! Amazing snorkeling outside your door. Stop at the grocery store on your way in. The property manager got a stringer of snapper for us and we cooked bfast and lunch at the joint use kitchen. A rental car is a must! Mika will give you all the details for a wonderful trip.

The accommodation was really nice and the staff very helpful. However some of the information we previously received when booking was unfortunately not correct, e.g. the beach was not suitable for a baby and the room couldn't be made completely dark, which was important for us to ensure that napping would be possible for our baby during the day and this was promised beforehand. In addition for the size of the room, it was a bit overpriced.
