The staff are incompetent and system is flawed. They never told me of housekeeping rules regarding room clean. The staff booked on his system but they never cleaned my room. Was disappointed to say the least. Area is going through infrastructure. No complimentary water bottles offered… very very poor! Breakfast standard.. same every day.
