Nice waterfront Hotel breakfast is excellent room and furniture are dated and pull out sofa bed is getting old and very sagging. But staff are friendly and overall are great. The location is beautiful. I enjoyed staying here just wish the furniture could be better.

The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding.

Nice location, ok breakfast, spacious rooms, good service! Just one thing needs to be done to get more stars 'gym has to be updated with modern equipment. Todays gym looks like a small storage compartment and not a gym!

Parking expensive, electric chargers not working which is working they are occupied for over 20 hrs just one car even it’s been charged already but no control over that in fact these surrounding controls consider to go electric but how ! That’s questionable anyways about hotel I got the email to upgrade room from family room to suite I did update and paid extra and when I reach to the hotel they given me same room which i paid already for :) so basically charged 800 sek extra for nothing :) anyways I wouldn’t go again to this hotel, surrounding is good nice and long walk around the hotel, happy new year

Helt ok hotell nära Stena-terminaler

Vårt Standardrum, dubbelrum var ok. Dispositionen av möblerna i rummet var inte optimal, när man klev ur sängen gick man "in i väggen". Bäddsoffan tar onödigt mycket plats som den är placerad. Badhanddukarna var stora, ett plus. Frukostbuffén är fräsch med stort utbud, mycket bra. Hotellets läge är praktiskt när man ska resa med Stena Line nästa morgon, bra.

Decisamente peggiorato

Peggiorato rispetto ad anni fa. Colazione scarsa sul dolce, pulizie mai fatte in 4 giorni. Al mio arrivo alle 13.30 mi è’stato detto che se volevo la camera avrei dovuto pagare 20€ in più per early check in altrimenti avrei dovuto aspettare fino alle 15, cosa che ho fatto, ma non l’ho trovato onesto, anche considerando la stagione, con freddo e vento.
