Great stay. Very friendly staff. Room really nice. Breakfast was really convenient and had plenty of options to choose from. Really relaxed vibe in and around the hotel. Great transport links just outside property that take you directly into town. You won’t be disappointed and can’t wait to come back again.

Fint, men underbemannat

Hotellet i sig tyckte vi om. Fint med fräscha rum, mysig miljö i lounge, bar och restaurang och personalen är väldigt tillmötesgående. Det är hundvänligt och hunden fick följa med i lounge och restaurang, vilket var toppen för oss med en hund som har svårt att bli lämnad ensam på rummet. Men det stora problemet är att hotellet verkar vara ständigt underbemannat, sett till antalet gäster. Vi bodde tre nätter och frukostarna var lika röriga alla dagar, ständigt slut på koppar, glas, talkrikar och bestick. Vi åt både tidigare och senare och det var lika illa oavsett tid. Personalen hann inte med att duka ut och fylla på. Många tomma matfat som det dröjde innan det fylldes på, och viss mat tog till och med helt slut, ett par timmar innan frukosten stängde. En middag gick det inte att äta i restaurangen, och inte pga platsbrist, utan för att de var så underbemannade att den stackars personalen inte hann med att laga och servera mat till fler gäster. Nästa kväll fick vi äta, men det tog nästan en timme innan maten serverades. Servitrisen var dock toppen! Glad och supertrevlig och gjorde sitt bästa trots förutsättningarna. Städning får man visst endast om man beställer det själv. Och jo, vi klarar oss utan bäddning av sängar osv, men bor man tre nätter bör det vara en hygienfaktor att de tömmer sopkorgar och fyller på toapapper åtminstone en gång under vistelsen. Så sammantaget synd på ett fint och fräscht hotell att man inte planerar bemanning utifrån beläggning på hotellet.

Vi har bott på detta hotell 4 ggr under 2025. För varje gång har det blivit sämre och sämre. Renligheten på rummen har blivit sämre. Vid ankomst så är det grus och smutsig matta. Även frukosten är sämre. Det är dåligt påfyllt.fattas tallrikar, glas och dåligt med påfyllning av bröd. Långa köer skapas. Första gången vi bodde på detta hotel så tror jag att jag gav 4 eller 5 stjärnor nu 3

Dere må forbedre frokosten!

Frokosten var veldig skuffende. De fleste som jobbet i restauranten var unge og uerfarne. Betjeningen ble stående og prate med hverandre i stedet for å rydde bord og sørge for å få nytt bestikk, rene glass osv på plass igjen. En gjest knuste et glass og det tok lang tid før dette ble ryddet opp i. Maten i seg selv var ok, men det var hele tiden mangel på tallerkner, bestikk, kopper og glass. Dårlig layout på buffeten - alt for mange gjester i forhold til plassen, og det dannet seg køer foran kaffe/drikkeautomatene. Køen kom blant annet av mangel på kopper og glass, men også plasseringen var veldig uheldig. Rommet var ok. Ikke noe spesielt, helt ok for prisen.
