Love that parking is available for free. Minutes to drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Lots of Kodak Moments with Mt Fuji views just outside the hotel. Only set back is the white fluorescent light in the room. Could do with some softer, warmer lighting.

Convenient location, walking distance from JR Gotemba station, grocery store, and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. The hallway smelled a bit musty but the room was ok. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

liked the room, it was clean and in a great spot for going to the outlets and do some shopping around, also great spot for post or pre going to Fujiyoshida area. The employees were really kind and talked in english pretty well :)

The property was very close to Gotemba station. They also offered free curry rice the evening I arrived. The front desk offered to hold luggage for up to two days for travelers who plan to hike Mount Fuji.
