「Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

「Newly build complex around 10m drive from Heraklion center. We stayed in the suite which had a seperate Queen bed and 2 x single beds in living room. It is a great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable. Room is super modern. There is a good size fridge, washing machine and cooking appliances. The gym is decent, and there is a pool. Parking is tricky at night but they have a dedicated parking area which only fits around 7 cars. We always managed to find a spot even if it was...

「This place was amazing! The reception was very helpful during our stay. They sent us a list of nearby cafes/restaurants, popular places, etc. The room was very clean and very safe. There was nearby grocery stores and cafes. Great location, short walk from the centre.」

「This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「Das Zimmer war sauber, es haben zwei große Handtücher gefehlt, die wir aber auf Anfrage sofort bekommen haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der kostenlose Zugang zu Teatro Beach war super. Da dann dort so Anlage nutzen konnte war ausgezeichnet! Aber was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist das Essen. Als wir bestellen wollten, teilte uns die Kellnerin mit das wir nicht alles bestellen können aufgrund eines technischen Problems. Was erstmal für Verwirrung gesorgt hat! Als wir dann...

「Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops」
