「We received very clear and detailed communications from our host (Nicholina) prior to arriving to Dubrovnik.. She met us just inside the gate of the old city and escorted us to our apartment. 「The property is fantastic value. Definitely worth booking this and spending on the cabs to the city centre. The rooms are super clean, with great facilities. Kitchens fully equipped, bathrooms spotless and the pool area is great. Martin the owner is fantastic! Highly recommend, don’t let the slightly out dated decor throw you off」

「This is a difficult property to assess. It’s a thin 3- story townhouse. Beds are on every floor. Laundry is in the foyer room. It is very well appointed. The bathroom on the 2nd story was luxurious. There is a comfy dining area for 4 on that floor as well. The host provided us with a 1-hr extended checkout which was very helpful. The bottom 2 floors’ beds were comfortable. The top floor bed, however, was a difficult room to sleep in as (apparently) electric boxes just outside the room whirred...
