The owner, Noreen, is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful hostess! The B&B is close to some great attractions and is very comfortable for a fraction of the cost of other options in the area. We highly recommend.

nice stay in hotel but beach nearby wasnt great all shut off very unhappy as weather was good for walk in the beach

This is probably the best B&B we have stayed in. The hosts are fantastic. Breakfast was top notch homemade! Loved the French emphasis.

I brought my two daughters here and there experience was simply magical! Wonderful place

Nick and dad are amazing people and their dogs especially Luna. Being out in the country was great. The property had animals that you could visit, the gardens were spectacular. Thank you again for making our stay so special.

Easy parking, access to the kitchen to make meals.

Great place don’t make a mistake and pass this place up. Make sure and Visit the Dying Cow for a pint and O’Conners for some fish n chips.

The Woodenbridge is an iconic inn located in the hills of Avoca, outside of Arklow. It is the oldest hotel in Ireland, and is a popular spot to stay, or spend the afternoon. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

Easy check in. Easy to park. Nice rooms. Good shower. Good breakfast. Nearest town is Rathdrum, just 10 minutes away.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great food and amenities. Would go again !

This is a wonderful place to stay in Wicklow, and is walkable to Glendalough and the Wicklow Way. My room was small but very clean and comfortable and charmingly appointed with a large bath, desk, very good internet, etc. Breakfast was ample and they had the best brown bread locally made. For those looking to hike and be mindful of the environment, there is a bus from Dublin that drops you 5 mins away, and the Lodge is on a trail to all the local hikes, dinner is also walkable so you do not need...
