「The hotel is not accessible like shown in the photos. The entrance is hidden behind a small alley and the entrance is shut down for construction, where taxis or autos do not go. There is no elevator here and the air conditioner in the room was inadequate for Ujjain heat. The bedsheets were stained and dirty when we arrived. The only good thing is that it is very close to the entrance of the temple.」

「The hotel is very overpriced (esp. on Expedia) relative to similar options nearby. It’s better to call the hotel directly to get a lower rate. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone.」
