"We don’t smoke but were booked into a smoking room. Only one of the four floors was for smokers and the receptionist said we might be able to switch rooms the following day, but we didn’t feel the need since the room was very clean and didn’t have the smell of smoke or other odors. The service staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We would definitely stay at this location again."

"HORRIBLY slow. Very ugly elevator The staff only knows how to say, we can't or don't have or don't know Our air-conditioning didn't work, they made us move. Without help. Then that one didn't work either and it was smaller than the room I had paid for and by the 4th day when we were leaving, still no one apologized for our inconvenience"
