Everything is broken, dirty, or unsafe, or all three at once. All attention is focused on the bar area where they can make a quick buck; there's absolutely no attention paid to the hotel itself. "The upper floor rooms are not as pleasant, i was in moskova room the ceiling is low, poor condition , also you have to climb 32 steps from a sharp stairways to get upstairs . bathroom is super tiny and no Air condition in living room( more important than bedroom) property was advertised to be over 400 sq/ ft but its barely 250 sq/fr , kitchen stove had to be lighted by lighter .
