「Location- for visiting Patna Sahib this is around 3 km away and you can get there via a tuk tuk which is Good.
Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking.
Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee.

「I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
