「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The Pool was nice and had a lovely view...

The rooms for my family was good size clean and had comfortable nights resting. The pool was on the side of the hotel giving a good location for sunbathing and swimming was good. The only negative on the pool is that tiles are broken and had caught a chard in my finger. These broken tiles need to be replaced and maintained looked after like...
