「Great location, very close to the centre but also very quiet. Beautiful building and the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. However, it was located at the end of the corridor in the staff area which was quite noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was included in our booking but disappointing with two of the items I’d have liked to order being unavailable and others offered at a high additional charge (€7 euro for an omelette). 「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」
