Search RV Parks in Golfito National Wildlife Refuge

Nice hotel, nice staff, comfortable bed. I would defenetly recommend it. The pool area was very pretty and nicely kept. We upgraded to a bigger room than the standard we first booked because it was a little small, and the upgrade was totally worth it.

Great

Amazing stay! Everything from the views, the rooms, the food, the service, to the activities - all expertly planned and executed. A must stay for your next trip to Costa Rica!

This is an excelent option when you're planning to shop in Golfito. The hotel is near (10 min) of the free zone. The rooms are very clean, good security. They food services are excellent, with very good prices.

Half of the building is over the bay, so walking up to the rail you're guaranteed to see unique birds and small fish...possibly a crocodile or a stingray. The layout is unique in that the guest rooms open right into the dining and bar area. I quickly got used to it and found it convenient. The bar shuts down at 10pm, so unwelcome noise also stops at 10pm. The food is good and the staff is friendly. If you're from the US, be aware that the service culture is different. If you are waiting for...

We really liked the Las Cruces Biological Station and the hotel. Lots of trails to hike on that were well marked with numerous plants identified. Many birds to look at, take photos or just enjoy them. Guided tour was excellent and enjoyed by all. Hotel was very close to everything. Meals were excellent. Don't miss it.

Splendid place for nature lover. The owner is helpfull and really a nice man! I loved this place, people and birdwatching. The food was great.

My wife and I were at the Lodge for eight (8) full days. We have extensive travel experiences throughout the world. We cannot say enough about our stay, without a doubt one of the best we have had across almost 30 years. Among so many world class amenities (food, service, knowledge of the area, our guides, etc.) , what stands out the most were the people. Every single staff member from our guides to the front desk,....it was just not the service you remember, but how they made us feel. We...

Super convenient, clean and quiet

You can just shed all your worries and concerns when you arrive at Iguana Lodge. You are greeted by the warm, friendly staff who become like family members by the time you leave. If yoga is your penchant - this is an ideal spot with two lovely yoga platforms situated amongst tropical plants all while listening to the surf crashing on the almost empty beach. Take a swim in the pool, boogie board on the beach, sit at the Pearl restaurant in one of the cushioned adirondack chairs sipping on the...

This resort provides an authentic "forest" experience while at the same time making sure all one's needs are taken care of. Dining is surprisingly good (my husband is a gourmet chef so he should know) as is the service! We couldn't ask for more but got it thanks to the friendliness of the owners. They are ever present and offer great advice (as well as conversation) for a fulfilling experience. We were sincerely sad to leave and hope to return in the future...

Bisque del Cabo exceeded our expectations! The staff, villas, view from the villa, the food, grounds, and the wildlife on the grounds. A naturalist provides walking tours to discuss the wildlife which was very informative. We can’t say enough good things about our stat
