"The rooms were nice and clean. Steps away from the Eiffel tower, lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were excellent before and during our stay. They were able to put our 2 rooms on right next to each other. The rooms were clean and ready to enjoy. The toilet was separate from the tub and sink. This was something we were not accustomed to but it was fine. We didn't use parking but it seems that there was access to some on site. The breakfast was not included but it was a good buffet option for a family with 2 teenagers. 20 euros each. The property was clean inside and out. There was always someone at the desk and security around. So we felt very secure. "

"Hotel in a great location. Metro line opposite. Easy to use. 13 min walk to Eiffel tower . Super market opposite. Fruit shop next door. Staff helpful at all times. When you leave the hotel you hand the room card in at reception and collect on entry every times "

"The room was relatively clean however the restaurant and the breakfast areas were filthy!!! The old decor look covers up the true cleanliness of these areas and the hotel generally. I booked a room with 2 twin beds for 1 night and paid £400 5 nights before my stay. I was given a single room with 2 single beds joined together?????? "

"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "

"The hotel was very welcoming clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were neat and tidy. I wish I had spent time at the speakeasy. I will check it out on my next stay. "

"The hotel had a decent sized room with a balcony. The tv in the room unfortunately did not seem to have ability to use apps/netflix. The upstairs bar area was good with a slight view of the Eiffel Tower. There were spa amenities however they seemed to be very expensive so did no try. The neighbourhood seemed safe and walkable. Restaurants not far away and metro stations nearby. "
