「The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.」

「This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.」

「Nice place. It is far from everything and there is only breakfast, with no other way of getting food or drinks (except for water). No refrigiator in the room, so there is no way of getting drinks or food there and no way of keeping it cool while there. They did offer to keep things in their private refrigerator but that was not accessible between 6pm and 9pm. I would recommend finding a solution for that. Everything else is super」

「The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. 「Outstanding location - easy walking to all of Viterbo’s attractions. The piazza just outside is a real bonus - lovely to sit there of an evening and watch the locals walking their dogs and stopping to chat. 」
