「Restaurant was closed with no advance notice, or recommendations for alternative dining options. No staff to offer refreshments during the day of our visit. Management avoided any customer contact. Would not recommend this hotel.」

「Disappointing and misleading experience I understand the credit may have been outside the official policy, but the way it was handled was very frustrating. I had to leave one night early and asked at reception whether the unused night could be credited. The person at the desk told me it would be credited, but later the hotel denied the credit through Expedia. If the answer was no, they should have said that clearly at the time. Being told one thing in person and then having the request denied...
