「„Full-Service-Wellnessbereich mit Sauna“ den Werbetext sollte wohl mal raus nehmen- dieser Bereich ist gar nicht mehr existent laut Personal. Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer bricht ständig ab, nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstück war den Zimmerpreis auch eher unterdurchschnittlich 」

「Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut geeignet. Personal nett, Zimmer sauber, Bett bequem, Matratze allerdings recht weich. Ausstattung und Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Es gangbar alles was man braucht um gut in n den Tag zu starten. 」

「On arrival the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were helpful but without a smile. We then had the unfortunate experience of guests in the next door room who insisted on playing loud music in the evening, then again at 6.15am, being loud and smoking, the whole corrider smelt of cigarettes, which in turn created a fire risk for all guests. In turn the hotel staff were reluctant to compensate us (having spent €300) for this experience. We were offered breakfast which really was a little cost to...

「The people of the frontdesk is very friendly. Triple Room is big for our family trip. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean. Free WiFi is very fast around all area of hotel and rooms. We'll consider to book this hotel again for our next visit in Muenster.」
