「When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology 」

「Prenotato questa struttura perchè necessitavo di un ambiente completo di cucina, ed all'arrivo mi è stato detto che la cucina non era prevista per questione di sicurezza relative al GAS. Ma neppure il forno era funzionante (per essendo elettrico) non c'era praticamente nulla di piatti.
