The hotel is in a nice location about 15 minutes from Downtown Santa Barbara. It is beautifully decorated, staff was helpful and kind and the room was nice.

Best Western Plus South Coast Inn
The pool area and breakfast area were fine. The issue was getting are reservation changed without our knowledge. Upon arriving we were told we were "upgraded" to a King suite. What a joke!
