"We had a great stay at Chumash resort, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was firm giving a restful sleep with nice linens, plenty of fluffy towels, nice warm robes and wonderful bath products. The staff personnel were welcoming, helpful and courteous. "

"Staff very courteous. In room coffee should be packaged coffee dropped into hot water. What is provided now is messy. Better yet, provide coffee (thermos) in lobby- Much, much better. No towel bars! Not good with small counter space taken up by stacks of towels Plenty of wall space to accommodate them. Possibly an oversight by contractor? Owners aware of this?"
