Very eco friendly, private and quite, panorama beach view room was absolutely beautiful, staff were nice, kind and attentive, good nice but more food can be added to the breakfast menu.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. The pool is large and a pleasant place to spend a few hours. The beach is wide and sandy, not the pebble beaches seen in most every other Albanian coast. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the positive reviews it receives are well justified. Extensive menu selections and everything I had was excellent. Superb service as well in a very comfortable and handsome environment. A shout out to the restsurant manager, Denis. He provided excellent service on both visits and is very knowledgeable and provided great info about Albanian food and wine as well as travel recommendations. Hoghly recommended

Everything is great except the servers at the restaurant dont really come to check on you to see if you need anything else. To wait for the bill or place an order takes a very long time. So i was constantly getting up to request things.

The hotel room was very large and spacious, with a fantasic sea view balcony. We were able to get a sun bed either round the pool or on the private beach whenever we wanted. The A La Carte restuarant was very impressive and the food that we ate there for 3 nights was far superior to any of the other restaurants that we visited during our stay both for food quality and service. Denis (who we thought was the Maitre D') was very attentive and ensured that we were looked after, and the rest of his team were very good as well. The only area we thought could be improved was the buffet breakfast. Unless you arrived early, the food choices were limited due to the hotel winding down before breakfast ended. We were bed and breakfast only, and the hotel was clearly geared for all inclusive guests. It would have been better to offer a optional breakfast in the main restaurant with a supplement.

Luxurious Beachfront Stay with Gourmet Dining

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning 5-star hotel in Albania, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel, both inside and out, is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. One of the standout features was the secure parking available for guests, which provided peace of mind. Additionally, the hotel boasts a fantastic pool with a bar, perfect for relaxing, and it's conveniently located right on the beachfront, offering breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I was particularly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the reception staff, who managed to be helpful without being intrusive. A highlight of my stay was the complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful experience. The presence of a renowned chef ensured that every dish was of high quality, with a special emphasis on fresh seafood. The ingredients were top-notch, and each meal was a culinary delight. However, the only downside to my stay was the occasional inconsistency in the service at the restaurant and bar. At times, it didn't quite meet the high standards one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Staff in restaurants do not have customer awareness when the guest walks in you have to find your own place to sit and do not pay attention to customers they need training for communication skills, how to welcome customers and how to improve to attend customers for hospitality, the experience was very poor for the standards of supreme hotel. Customers have to wait for services whilst they all attending to one table if you can put enough staff when you have big numbers this will allow staff to balance work load rather than other customers to wait for longer periods before no one attends to them. Plates not being cleared after you finished eating. This will just put you off to continue spending any more of your money and time as you have been waiting. They is no spa service and you call yourself supreme and spa hotel.

Tolles, modernes Strandhotel mit großem Zimmer, gutem Bett und riesigen Badezimmer. Der Strand direkt davor, sehr großer Pool und ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkplatz bewacht mit Schranke. Lediglich Lotion und Kosmetiktücher haben im Bad gefehlt. Ist aber in Albanien nicht üblich. Der Frühstücksraum ist wirklich unglücklich gewählt und das Frühstück ansich nicht 5*, wenig Brotauswahl (trocken), keine Nüsse am Müsli und der Kaffee nicht lecker. Wir würden wieder gucken.

På ferie med søster. Rengjøringen og vedlikeholdet kan absolutt være bedre. Mye støv og generelt dårlig room-service. Personalet, spesielt menn, har barsk typ litt frekk oppførsel. Veldig lytt og kan høre nabo. Ellers var maten på restauranten veldig god. Må regne med at personalet later som de kan engelsk, så greit å sikre seg om de har oppfattet deg riktig 😅

Kan bli mye bedre om de øker renhold

Dette hotellet får 3 stjerner av meg. Jeg og min søster tok en liten solferie og prøvde å se etter et hotell med gode renhold standar. Mye støv i kroker og hjørner. Laken på sengen ble aldri lagt på ordentlig og sklei nedover fra toppen. På uteområdet ved poolen var det ellers ganske komfortabelt, men vi la merke til mangel på vask av uteplassen, samt bord og stoler dagen etter at det hadde regnet. Gjørme hadde klamret fast på stolene som visst var litt ekkelt. Men vi brukte hotell håndklær til liggeunderlag på solsengene og når vi skulle spise ute ved restauranten. Ingen roomservice og det tok en hel dag på å fikse ACen på rommet ettersom den begynte å slippe varm luft under en av nettene. Igjen, veldig dårlig service da vi ringte på natten. De fikset ACen neste dag. Vi la merke til at både denne og mange andre hoteller i området promoterer seg selv med 5 stjerner. Servicen var også veldig dårlig på restauranten/uteområdet; under lunsj og middag; og ved solsengene da vi solte oss. Til tross for min 3-stjerners-review var dette det eneste "fine" hotellet vi kunne se i nærområdet ved stranden. Vi håper å komme tilbake, men til bedre standard neste gang. Bra: Vi var veldig fornøyd med opplegget av privat beach. Poolen var fin. De hadde også veldig god mat på restauranten.
