「Wir waren als Paar Anfang Mai 2026 dort und hatten ein schönes Appartement mit Meerblick ein paar Schritte außerhalb des Hotels. Wir konnten aber alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels Anspruch nehmen. Das Hotel selbst ist phänomenal - klein aber atemberaubend. Es ist unmittelbarer Teil der Altstadt und mit dem Auto nicht direkt zu erreichen. Die große Terrasse zum Meer lädt zum Frühstück und abends zu einem Sundowner ein. Nicht nur das Meer, sondern auch das nette kleine Örtchen Pisciotta verkörpern...

「Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room.
