"Greatly appreciated having an employee in person, behind the desk, when checking in. (Motel 6 in Ely, NV had a machine with a person talking to me from a screen when checking in last week; who knows where they were geographically!? Certainly not on site. Did not care for that at all!) The room here at Best Western was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection the following morning was delicious. Thank you!"
