Relaxing vacation

It was very relaxing. Nice location. Food was okay, nothing special. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, you have to walk about 10 minutes to their sister hotel to use the pool. Overall good value for the price.

OK but not really 4*

This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food is plentiful but uninspiring - not dissimilar to motorway service area standard. The hot food is generally tepid, but soups and salad were good. The reception and room cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, but the majorly of the restaurant staff were surly and unsmiling. The vast majorly of guests were Romanians and Bulgarians, with a small number of Germans. However, most staff speak some English and all the signage is in English. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel is certainly not 4* standard and is overpriced.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the hotel being fairly new. Restaurant doesn't have a massive amount of selection but definitely more than enough to being enjoyable. Good location as well. Would stay again

Nice hotel on the beach but service can be better

The hotel was informed of our early arrival and they said they were going to give us our rooms. Only one was ready. When we got inside the room that was ready, it smelled like sewage. We complained but nothing was done. During our stay we asked about the buses that take you to the nearby towns, but they had no information. The hotel is in a secluded area of 6 hotels, and is the one closest to the beginning of the pedestrian road. But, you have to walk through the sand in order to get there, unless you are willing to walk 1km to go to the entrance of the first hotel and back. Maybe they should consider making a deck on the side of the hotel so people can easily go back and forth, especially at night. Except from the problem with the smelly room, in general, the rooms are modern and clean, which was a big plus. The hotel is small and right on the beach!

Amazing Hotel and one of the best in Golden Sands. My room was big, with great design, clean and comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the beach & all the top attractions in the resort .The local food is excellent.
