Room was well kept and spacious. Had a hot tub on the patio with a view of the mountains. Went in the slow season so we didn’t come across much staff or other tourists.

This place is so quiet and beautiful, big balcony space to view the night sky! Check-in was a little difficult because you have to go to the other building but other than that, it was a wonderful stay

Overall an amazing stay! Few little things needed repaired in our suite but it’s clearly not a super new building. Overall clean where it counts and the hot tub was fun.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with hot tub on the deck and a beautiful view. It was fabulous! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were great. We stayed the 1st night after driving the Icefields Pkwy from Jasper; 2nd night after visiting nearby Yoho National Park (fantastic), 3rd night after visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake…then we were set to head west to Vancouver.

The room is spectacular, the mountain view is amazing and the parking was super easy and convenient. The staff member that checked us in went above and beyond. She was super friendly and very accommodating...especially when the check-in time is 4pm and we show up at 10am hoping to check-in early. With a quick check of her system, we have our room key, code and instructions. The best check-in service we've ever had.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice mountain resort experience. Here for just one night so did not get to do all of the things, but used kitchen facilities and did some laundry as near end of our road trip. Very comfortable.

Such a great experience. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms! The two-suite with hot tub is 100% worth it. We also saw 5 black bears and lots of deer by the resort. Photos are before checking out, so don't mind unmade beds.

Suites were nice. Very quiet and restful in the off season. Communication was good. I was disappointed at checkout. I let the staff know that there was a previous big stain on the outer shower curtain. There was no apology or anything just “I’ll let housekeeping know”. Left me feeling a bit negative about the stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very warm with no AC and the fan too loyd for sleeping. Being ground floor we couldnt leave the patio door open at night. We reported the shower head, kettle and coffee machine all non functioining. It was OK for a one night stay en route to Banff but needs updating.

We love it here. We come back every year for our family ski trip. Service is excellent and the place is large, clean and cozy with private hot tub. It’s a true ski out without being too close to the gondola Everything you need for a perfect ski trip!

A 1 night stay up in the Mountains as your away from everything. Your about a 20 min drive to Golden which does have a few restaurants and has basic amenities what is needed. It’s peaceful up here as there’s mountain biking and hiking among other outdoor activities. This property is nice, as I did get this room on a discount through expedias website.

We loved the private hot tub. We loved the kitchen and its many amenities including Nespresso, dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities. We enjoyed the separate bathrooms for our two bedroom property.

Booked intp Palliser Lodge, check in was at Glacier Lodge. Upon arrival it was clear Palliser Lodge was unstaffed apart from housekeeping. I wasnt comfortable with that & the receptionist at Glacier Lodge was very kind & provided me with a room at Glacier Lodge. It was a very comfortable room, quiet room.
