開了整天車後短暫停留，旅館還算乾淨。預定時註明5人入住，但備品並無準備5人份。冷熱水只能到lobby旁吃早餐的地方取用。床太晃了，旁邊的人一翻身整個床都在晃。

Typical Best Western Style
Our room was really spacious, typical Best Western style. It was clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable. If you're looking for a good night sleep, this is definitely a good choice. Hence, it's close to the highway, there isn't much around the hotel. You need to drive around 5 minutes to downtown Golden where most of the restaurants are. And breakfast was simple, very American style so please don't expect too much. Overall I'd still recommend this hotel based on its location, level of comfort, staff friendliness, and the room.

The staff was very friendly and the main room was nice but the bathroom fixtures did not work well in the shower , the mirror was covered in a spray and didn’t appear to have been cleaned and there was grime on the bathroom floor.

The quality and selection of food for the hot breakfast was satisfactory but selection was very limited. They need a better coffee making process as coffee was tepid at best. Overall rating 3 out of 5

Room and front areas of the hotel are very clean. There is an odour to the hallways, but it could be because of pets. Staff were friendly and efficient. They even called before we got far to come back for my coat. Breakfast was very good.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Drainage system seems to be old. The W.C got clogged and they offered us to use another one in another room which was helpful for us. The pool is clean and the parking was completely empty. There was a floor under renovation during our stay.

They knocked on the door at 8 am to do room service service which disrupted my sleep. Who does that at 8 am?! Asked them to come back later. They never did. The room missed a hair dryer. Had to wait a bit to get one after I asked for it. The breakfast was good though. And the room was clean. The mattresses were not as comfortable. Too soft.

When I was checking in that staff member was amazing and I was so pleased. Went down hill from there: The facility had a pool however there was a sign posted that the water was low temperate and we could not use it. In the morning when we went to eat breakfast the front desk clerk rudely told us that it was dine in only. I told the staff that we had a dog and he said not his problem. I asked if we could leave the dog alone in the room and he said no that is against the pet policy that I signed at check in. I asked could we then bring our dog to eat our included breakfast he said no. After a bit of back and forth he said only 1 person could take thier food back to the room. We were a group of 4 so one person had to eat alone in the room. I can understand that maybe some people take lots of food and maybe pack it for later. I even offered for him to see our plates and there wouldn’t be extra food taken.He kept saying because it was a hot breakfast we can’t take to our room. I had stayed at a best western 4 days before this trip and they had a much better hot breakfast and there was no rule of eating dine in only. Like I said I can understand the need for the rule but there was no need to be rude and if you are a pet friendly hotel you should have some ways around dine in only. Making family members eat breakfast seperate from each other and 1 person eating in the room alone is bad especially since it’s the start of a new year.
