"The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is so lovely with all the palm trees. Nice pool bar and seating. We stayed in one of the historic rooms. It was large and beautiful with old tiles. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Staff were good. "

The staff at the breakfast buffet is extremely rude and can’t even say good morning. I had an employee ask me for money just because I asked him to remove the pulp from my orange juice. Front desk reception personnel are also rude and not trained correctly to take care of the foreigners. I’ve stayed here many times but I will no longer recommend it to anyone. "
