Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. 「Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history 」

「The hostel is very clean even the toilets are cleaned often. It would be better of hangers are provided inside eqch toilet cubicle. There is oven to cook which is amazing but if there is microwave oven to heat the food in a short time would be even better. While the street towards the city side has few days of bad urine smell, but was washed.」
