Novotel Surfers Paradise
The staff were lovely and the customer service was superb in all manners. Rooms were such a perfect size and housekeeping made up for a small mistake in a very courteous way. Look forward to staying here again :)

Beautiful hotel - great location. Have give a 4 star as the pool area was an unpleasant experience, with lots of kids running around, it felt like daycare!
