My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel's advertised appearance was far from reality. The hallway leading to my room was in disrepair, with dirty light fixtures and what appeared to be mold growth. There was also ongoing construction, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere.
The room itself was a major letdown. Cleanliness was a significant issue; I found a dirty towel with lipstick stains, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was only a plug-in fan, which barely provided any relief. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a warped door due to moisture. Furthermore, the bed frame was exposed missing a cover sheet.
Safety was also a concern. The bathroom door didn't lock, and the safety lock on the main door was missing, leaving me feeling insecure. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.
