"Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call...

Shame about the staff training

"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views. "

Check in was closed . Bad hotel

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security . No one was answering. Very bad in case someone needs help."

Don't book the horseback riding.

We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call telling us to go back to the stables. Then we get a text telling us to go to the hotel. We turned around several times. The hotel says the privider will have to reimburse us and the provider won't respond. "
