Cama e travesseiros não eram confortáveis. Poucas tomadas no quarto e a que tinha estava atrás da cama. O café da manhã bem simples. Quando cheguei às 9 hs já não tinha iogurte e pegamos os dois últimos pães francês. Estacionamento espaçoso.

Estadia confortável com ótimo atendimento! Estacionamento coberto e o café da manhã maravilhoso eu me apaixonei, tem elevador também! Oque ajuda demais por conta de decida até a garagem! Para quem for de carro! Cama de casal enorme e bem macia rsrsr a água do chuveiro sai com pressão com direito a controle de temperatura quente e frio, te dando a opção de deixar o banho perfeito! O hotel é lindo e próximo a tudo lá tem restaurante e bar na mesma rua! Mercado próximo é tudo de bom.

Acomodações dentro do esperado, mas carece um pouco de manutenção. O chuveiro por exemplo sai água para todos os lados, impossível tomar banho sem molhar a cabeça. Um pequeno ajuste pode resolver o problema.

Péssima hospedagem

No check in não foi solicitado qualquer documento pessoal para comprovar a reserva, o que demonstrou a falta de segurança do hotel. Além disso, não foi repassada qualquer orientação com relação à café da manhã e demais regras sanitárias. A roupa de cama e a toalha eram extremamente velhas e desgastadas; não pareciam limpas. O sistema da descarga do banheiro estava com problema, de forma que havia um barulho de água corrente sem parar. O frigobar apresentava barulho e, por ser embutido no armário, impossibilitou o seu desligamento. Os hóspedes transitavam falando alto pelos corredores, sem observância do silêncio a partir das 22h, o que dificultou o descanso. No café da manhã, não houve exigência do uso de máscara pelos hóspedes e os próprios funcionários da recepção estavam sem máscaras no atendimento.
